There is no greater compliment to our business than a referral. Open Recruitment offers a referral award scheme to incentivise you to recommend us to your family, friends, colleagues or acquaintances.

We will pay you upto 10% of the fee we charge our client, upto a maximum of £250 in cash for successful referrals that we place in a permanent role. For locum referrals, we give you a £20 voucher of your choosing as a "Thank You" when they have worked their first day.

The small print!

1) We pay you the referral award by cheque when we have been paid by our client and the rebate period has expired.

2) The referee must not already be know to us or, if they are already on our database, must have had no contact with any Open Recruitment representative for a minimum of 12 months.
