Open is a specialist recruitment business active in 4 niche markets: Veterinary, Optical, Dental, and Pharmacy. We operate internationally from our offices in Solihull in the UK and Brisbane, Australia. We typically handle around 300 permanent vacancies and 400 locum requirements every day.

Open have been active in the specialist recruitment market since 1999 although our dental division was launched latterly, in 2007. Our excellent services have helped us to grow quickly and our national client base includes corporate groups, regional groups and many independent practices .We have attracted possibly the largest database of professional dental candidates in the UK and place dental professionals throughout the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

We work in partnership to help our clients find and recruit the right people for their business and to find the best possible role for each candidate. Typically we handle both locum and permanent placements for dentists, specialists, nurses and hygienists; however we are able to undertake projects for other dental roles.

Our office in Australia is working with many dental clients across Australia and New Zealand. They are able to place UK qualified veterinary professionals looking to make a temporary or permanent move to Australia or New Zealand. In many cases our clients are able to offer sponsorship options.
